Interpart is pleased to meet the quality standards for business and employee management required for ISO 9001 accreditation.

Having identified a part we wish to put in our stock, it is our responsibility to make sure that part is tested and checked. Our staff has many years’ experience in testing parts and we have huge a range of testing devices and methods. We are aware of the benefits of doing lengthy testing in conjunction with our suppliers and we have put in place a rigorous policy, structure, and process.

• We source and sample-test all the parts.
• We test and check all parts against the OEM quality and standards.
• We check all shipments received against samples.

Warranty

We offer a 12-month guarantee on all of our alternative JCB parts and products.

Order checking

We aim to offer all our customers the reassurance that they will receive the correct parts in an agreed time. All back orders will be sent with their next shipment.
